Refund and Return Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of the order being placed & email us at Wegaflix@gmail.com
- The product purchased via the website can only be returned/refunded through the website. If the product has been purchased from a retail outlet or another partner online store, the customer will have to return it via their supplier’s established return channel.
- The returning product should be in its original damaged condition and it should include all the accessories shipped with the product, in such a case email us at Wegaflix@gmail.com within 24 Hours of the product being received.
- Any product purchased at a promotional price can only be returned under warranty claims.
- Any product having operational issues cannot be returned if it has been used but it can be claimed in warranty.
- Abdul Wali Khan Trading Co. offers a 72 working-hours policy. In case the damaged product is delivered, we will pick up the product in 72 working hours. To initiate a return/refund customer should email Wegaflix@gmail.com or call +92-302-3835654.
- If the product is purchased via cash on delivery it will require 7 days to transfer the refund to an associated bank account (submitted by the customer) once the refund is approved by the head office.
- The company reserves the right to approve/disapprove a refund.
- For products purchased via credit/debit card, bank transfer or mobile wallet (using our payment partner JazzCash), it will require 7 days to transfer the refund once the refund is approved by the head office.
- In case of REFUND, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- Change of mind or preference will not be catered to in the exchange policy.
- The product will be eligible for exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the product ordered.
- In the case of Exchange, the Customer will bear the shipping and handling charges.

- Order cut of time is 1 P.M. After the cut of time all the placed orders will be generated on the next working day.

Terms & Conditions
This Warranty Policy certifies that your LED TV carries two years panel & one-year parts warranty from the date of purchase. After three months from the purchase date home visit charges will be paid by the customer.
⦁ A duly filled warranty card stamped/attested by the dealer.
⦁ The company will provide spare parts required for replacement free of cost within the warranty period.
⦁ After one year of the warranty period, the panel will be provided free of cost & repair charges will be paid by the customer.
⦁ The company will provide spare parts free of cost for repairing the LED TV once within the warranty period. However free of cost spare parts do not cover cabinet controllers, switches, and other plastic-related parts.
⦁ LED TV pickup & delivery at the service center will be the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty is Null & Void If
⦁ The warranty card is left unfilled, modified, or tampered with.
⦁ Any tempering is done with the set by any unauthorized technician or used parts not provided by the company.
⦁ Modifying / tempering with the serial number or modifying / tempering / breaking the seal of the product
⦁ The product is damaged by accident, misuse, improper installation, faulty transportation, food or liquid spill, insect infestation, or any natural disaster.
⦁ The short circuit is caused by cable current or high voltage by WAPDA.
⦁ To claim the warranty customer should have the original purchased receipt in hand. Warranty is valid for a limited period.
To claim a warranty, the customer must have the original product receipt.
